Group Psychotherapy 

My weekly, ongoing women's psychotherapy group provides a warm, engaging and supportive environment where members can explore their thoughts and emotions with women interested in better understanding themselves and others. The group is working on:

• Effective communication in relationships
• Naming and expressing emotion
• Dealing with conflict productively
• Connection to others
• Getting one's needs met.

The group meets on Thursday evenings in Winchester center. Ages 30s to 60s.
